　　RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

　　Work with all individuals, at all levels of the company, who authorize invoices to ensure proper company policies are being followed in the Receiving and AP process.

　　Codes all entries such as invoices, vouchers, expense reports, etc., with correct GL codes, location and memos conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the system.

　　Receives in the Trane rebates as needed

　　Process customer refunds

　　Process RMA's and warranty credits

　　Performs Customer Accounts Receivable audits

　　Handles all vendor AP correspondence

　　Identifies and suggests areas to capture cost savings to Finance Manager

　　Performs quarterly fleet fuel audits

　　Supports finance manager with monthly credit card reconciliations

　　Audit all charges on permit credit card to ensure accuracy with the permit tracker

　　Audit Trane parts account invoices

　　Ongoing review of processes to identify efficiency and accuracy gains across all AP responsibilities

　　Works with the IT, Business Systems & Analytics team to implement new processes and/or software solutions identified above

　　Assists with year-end tax preparation documents

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent reputable experience

　　Strong communication skills

　　Basic Accounting and Finance knowledge

　　Knowledge of a profit and loss statement and how to translate it to meeting business profit expectation

　　Knowledge of Intacct Accounting Software

　　Knowledge of Word Processing software. Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook a must

　　Excellent written and oral communication skills

　　Strong organizational skills

　　Attention to detail a must

　　Ability to pass a background check

　　Valid driver's license

　　WORK SCHEDULE

　　7:30 AM-4:30 PM Monday- Friday.
