　　Team Introduction

　　Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Financial Analysis and Strategic Partnership:

　　- Collaborate closely with business and strategy teams to provide insightful and high-quality financial guidance.

　　- Utilize your expertise to prepare managerial financial reports, rolling forecasts, and conduct financial analysis to track business performance.

　　Budget Control and Process Enhancement:

　　- Engage in budget control activities and play an active role in business operations.

　　- Innovate financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and mitigate business risks.

　　Ad Hoc Analysis and Project Management:

　　- Regularly contribute to special projects and conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.

　　Qualifications

　　- Demonstrated work experience in FP&A, sales finance, or related analytical roles. Experience in high-growth tech startups, public accounting firms, or advertising is a plus with CPA, CFA, or CMA qualifications are preferred.

　　- Financial Expertise: Proven track record in complex financial planning and analysis.

　　- Data Analytics: Exceptional data analytics skills, with a preference for familiarity with SQL.

　　- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit, with the ability to collaborate across diverse functions.
