  Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing variousassurance and consulting services:Proactively engage with your clients throughout the year togather needed information to complete testing and respond toquestions raisedPerform substantive testing on client\'s balance sheets andincome statementsTest for deficiencies of internal controls and discussingrecommendations for improvementLearn and grow from direct on-the-job coaching and mentoring alongwith participating in firm wide learning and development programsUtilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strongrelationships internally and externally with clientsBuild friendships and strong work relationships while gainingvaluable experienceQualifications

  Successful candidates willhave:

  Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in accounting or a related degree inbusiness, with sufficient course work and credits to sit for the CPAexam in the state you are being consideredOutstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of3.0 or aboveRelevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with aprofessional organizationThe abilityto work effectively in a team environment with all levelsof client personnelDemonstrated s ills in the areas of time management, communication,interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, andproblem solvingOrganizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptabilityProficiencywith Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Availability to travel as needed for client projectsThere is currently no immigration sponsorship available for thisposition
