If you want an exciting career where you use your previous expertise and can develop and grow your career even further, then this is the opportunity for you.ResponsibilitiesCoordination of office supply management through regular inventory, ordering, unpacking and stocking/distribution of supplies throughout our Cincinnati campus;Support stocking and maintenance of campus beverage equipment and breakroom supplies as needed;Responsible for organizing and overall cleanliness of supply rooms, receiving rooms and other storage areas;Facilitates new hire office and cubicle setup, and employee moves;Primary back-up for shipping and receiving administration for the campus;Cross trained to cover for Receptionist responsibilities as needed;Other tasks and projects as assigned by Facilities Management team.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred;Experience with office supply coordination;Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;Exceptional team work skills;Ability to work independently.Medpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO).
