Responsible for sheetingjobs and nesting parts together for best yields. Responsible forproducing quality workmanship, which meets or exceeds requirements.Write and maintain programs for Tube Laser, Waterjet, Punch, Laser andMasking Template Center, as a minimum, using CAD software. (AP100US,BySoft CAM FlowPath & FlowCut, and CutStudio) Determine the bestsequence for faster and most reliable punch and laser programs. Sheetingjobs that already exist. Maintain programs and data files to ensurerevision control. Nest parts (combining multiple part numbers orcreatively nesting single part numbers) on a single sheet to maximizeyield Understanding CNC/Manual machine capabilities to assist in routingproduct or fixture development. Generate and cut masking templates forthe Coating Department. Constantly look for areas of common mistakes(e.g., internal errors, material mistakes, wrong dates, etc.) on jobsand drawings and get errors...
