　　Top 3 Skills that is must:

　　3 - 5 Years of experience in software development, including a clear understanding of data structures,algorithms,software design and core programming conceps.

　　Experience and knowledge of PeopleSoft modules & tools - General Ledger Module, People Tools, People Code.

　　Experience in the creation and maintenance of PeopleSoft queries.

　　Database development skills, including PL/SQL, good knowledge of the relational model

　　Technologies: PeopleSoft Finanacials, PeopleTools,PeopleCode,Informatica,Linux and shell scripting

　　Comforatable multi tasking, manaing multiple stake holders and working as part of a team.

　　Excellent Communication Skills including experience speaking to technical and business audiences and working globally.

　　Experience in creating Application Engine & performance tuning of Application Engines.
