　　Leidos seeks an Energy Advisor to support a utility energy-efficiency program that promotes energy efficiency with industrial and commercial facilities in Texas. This exciting position offers a unique career opportunity for a dynamic person who possess excellent outreach, technical, communication, and organizational skills to support energy efficiency projects as part of our Program team.

　　Location: Candidate would need to be located in Dallas/Fort Worth TX area or near Midland TX.

　　The Opportunity:

　　Work within our Leidos program team to help business customers identify efficiency opportunities, calculate energy savings, and estimate utility incentivesMaintain customer relationships to influence project developmentWork closely with facility managers, facility and manufacturing engineers, and energy engineers to encourage energy efficiency practices in their facilitiesDevelop relationships with vendors to keep up to date on energy efficiency technologies and practicesProvide effective organization and communication for program deliveryPerform field verification of pre and post installation of energy efficiency measures

　　What Sets You Apart:

　　Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical degree with eight plus (8+) years of relevant experience in energy management with industrial manufacturing and/or commercial environmentsMust be able to utilize initiative to develop relationships with customers, vendors, and professional organizations to keep up to date and demonstrate knowledge of operational trends, energy efficiency technologies, practices, and regulations in electric and natural gas demand side management. Excellent written and verbal communications are essential.Proficiency with Microsoft Office software is required.It is critical that productivity and accuracy be demonstrated in performance of work.This position requires a valid driver's license and physical ability to perform field verification of pre and post installation of energy efficiency measures.

　　Ten plus (10+) years of relevant experience in energy management with industrial manufacturing and/or commercial environments

　　Pay Range:

　　Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

　　The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
