PRIMARY DUTIES: Legend: E = Essential NE =Non-Essential N/A = Not Applicable 1. Engage clients and establishrelationships with the goal of competitive employment in integratedcommunity settings. E 2. Assist individuals identify their history,strengths, culture, and skills as they relate to employment. E 3. Workwith the consumer to identify behaviors that interfere with theconsumers\' work performance and develop interventions to address theproblem behaviors. E 4. Develop and foster relationships with employerson behalf of the consumer. E 5. Spend at least 65% of time in thecommunity with consumers. E 6. Monitor and negotiate work placements andrecruit potential employers for enrollees. E 7. Attend meetings andprofessional development activities, as required. E 8. Establish andmaintain good communication, collaboration, and cooperation with allparents, co-workers, etc. E 9. Follow all duties of a mandated reporter.E 10. Master\'s degree (Highly desirable). 2. Two (2) years ofexperience providing mental health services. 3. Bilingual (Spanish andEnglish), spoken and written. (Highly preferred) 4. Neat orderly personwith great organizational skills. 5. Must be a \"People Person\" with agreat disposition and outlook on life, who enjoys working with others,is upbeat and pleasant to work with and is a good listener. 6.
