Catholic Charities is hiring for DSS Transportation AideJob title: DSS Transportation Aide - Part Time or Full Time

　　Qualifications and Education Requirements:- At least 18 years old with High School Diploma or equivalency- Experience working with children and families a plus- Effective communication (oral and written)- Interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills- Responsible, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks- Working knowledge of computer and Microsoft Word

　　Duties and Responsibilities:- To transport adults and children to and from eligible locations- Use of personal vehicle, vehicle must be maintained in good condition; clean, inspected, and in working order to provide safe and comfortable environment for client served- Document, record and submit paperwork weekly, monthly, and yearly as needed for reporting; Driver trip logs, mileage, missed trips, accidents, delays, et. Al.- Assist and perform other duties as assigned

　　Additional Expectations- Must have valid NYS Driver's License, an acceptable driving record and adequate insurance- Must comply with all Agency policies and procedures- Required to understand and abide by the laws, regulations, policies, and procedures that apply to the program or services that you provide- Required to report any known or suspected violations of the laws, regulations, policies, or procedures relating to programs, services, agency operations or personnel of the agency- Required to maintain accurate documentation including, but not limited to, purchase orders, petty cash, expenditures, milage records, and time sheets. - Attend all trainings as necessary for job duties- NYS, OMIG, LENS, VIRTUS background check clearances
