As Document Control and Training Lead, you will support the wider organisation by leading the development and maintenance of Quality System procedures in relation to Training, and Document Control. This is an exciting role that will evolve over time as we establish and grow our teams – early stages will see you setting up a training framework, with longer term focus on sustainment, development, and evolution. In addition to this, you will have ownership for the site’s Document Control process, leading on the establishment and maintenance of quality records, procedures, work instructions and training materials.
Responsibilities
Responsible for site’s documentation system including record keeping.
Ensure compliance with site, business, and regulatory requirements.
Provide project management during design to development phases of the documentation system and learning solution.
Maintaining and enhancing an effective Documentation System (Agile) and Electronic Training Management System (ISOTrain).
Conducting evaluation of the learning needs.
Developing/modify Learning Materials in accordance with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) principles.
Design and deliver Training Courses, including Train-The-Trainer in accordance with business requirements.
Training support to all areas of the site, including but not limited to induction, identification of site training needs, and communication and promotion of Learning activities.
Author, review, and endorse Learning materials.
Present status updates; designing and reporting metrics, identifying trends, potential issues, and improvement initiatives, as applicable.
Using continuous improvement to develop the quality and efficiency of processes for Documentation Control and Training team to build on existing standard work.
Education and Experience
A minimum of a NFQ Level 7 Qualification in Business, Science, Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing the calibration system requirements in the medical / pharmaceutical industry.
Strong communication and organisation skills.
Strong problem solving.
