Job Title: Director of Marketing Operations and DevelopmentReports to: Executive Director of Corporate Operations and DevelopmentPay Range: $28-$36 per hour, based on experienceFLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Brief Summary of Work for this Position:Under supervision, manages, coordinates, and supports branding and promotional needs for the organization. Primary responsibility is to support all marketing and promotional functions and manage content creation for the organization utilizing internal operations, market intelligence, and research on industry topics and trends. This position will work closely with company leadership and other departments to help maximize success and streamline branding and messaging for the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Under supervision, maintains project management, contract obligations, and coordinates operational procedures for all marketing and promotional activities.Oversees the creation, production, and revision of all marketing and promotional material for digital and print distribution.Analyzes target market information to identify and track outcomes to provide effective recommendations for marketing approaches to key stake holders.With guidance from leadership, collaborates with senior executives to develop and communicate growth plans regarding corporate communications.Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies to internal and external audiences.Collaborates, participates in, coordinates, and negotiates terms for promotional activities and/or trade shows with support.Travels to represent the company and provide educational materials and presentations.Miscellaneous duties as assigned.Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business administration and/or other related technical bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution. Minimum of two years related experience required. Experience in healthcare delivery, operations, and/or management preferred.
Knowledge and Abilities:
Experience with planning, developing, and executing marketing (digital and event) campaigns and plans.Knowledge of analyzing key measures to evaluate the impact on marketing efforts.Creative ability to incorporate company branding and healthcare industry language.Experience with project development, implementation, and tracking.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to comprehend and navigate behavioral healthcare and general healthcare content and material.Strong focus and ability to work autonomously, balance multiple priorities, and reasonably anticipate needs from tasks at hand and fellow team members.Flexibility and ability to travel, work remotely, coordinate effectively both in person and virtually.Strong written and oral communication skills.Passion for improving patient care and population health.Technology SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have abilities and skills with Microsoft Office Suite Applications, visualization and editing software (such as Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva), people management or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and have a relatively robust understanding of Search Engine Optimization and Marketing KPIs.
