WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Implement Data Governance tool-based solutions for data quality, data catalogue, and data lineage
Promote data analytics/data science and assist in fostering data-driven culture across the organization
Assist in developing training programs for the Enterprise on Data, Business Intelligence, Data Science and AI and provide guidance to team on implementation of training programs
Identify high-impact analytical problems and find innovative ways to tackle these problems via data analysis, experimentation, and statistical modelling
Establish strong trusted relationships with vendors and data science development teams in other end markets
Lead cross-functional and cross-team relationship building and collaboration with stakeholders
Deliver and assist in maintaining forecasting and Market Mix Modeling solution and manage ongoing operations of data science models
Manage Machine Learning Operations and make sure Data drift and Model drifts are tracked for every model
Serves as program manager for large data and analytics projects
Manage Generative AI, architecture, and serve as leader of Large Language Models (LLM) and work closely with vendors on LLM implementation
Establish strong relationships and maintain alignment with the peers in Global IDT and GBS teams and to influence key stakeholders in US for adoption of global technologies
Leverage internal/external networks and cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization to drive strategy and influence/manage change
Manage Data Science teams in offshore Tech Hubs
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
6+ years’ experience with data analysis
5+ years’ experience managing stakeholders
3+ years’ people management experience
5+ years’ experience with SQL or other programming languages
Experience in delivering forecasting solutions
Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
Experience communicating the results of Data science/AI to stakeholders
Understanding of statistical analysis and experience with packages, such as python and R
BENEFICIAL
Master’s Degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or related field
Experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods company
Experience in Market Mix Modelling

401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
