Our specialized focus lies in the intricate realms of pricing and portfolio management for digital ad inventories, alongside yield management and bid optimization. This involves strategically selecting, optimizing, and managing all digital advertising assets to maximize overall performance and revenue. This encompasses a range of activities from determining the right mix of ad placements to adjusting bids and optimizing campaigns based on various performance metrics. To navigate this joyfully complex journey, we harness the power of Mathematics, Econometrics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, ML and AI. As such, our hiring requirements are uniquely tailored to individuals with a specialized skill set and a nuanced understanding of this dynamic landscape.

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
