　　How you can make a differenceWe seek a highly motivated data scientist to join our Innovation Lab team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets and creating innovative solutions that will drive business growth.

　　What you'll be doing:Conduct research and analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.* Develop predictive models and algorithms that can help the company to make better decisions, and will be embedded into our solutions in order to optimize the member experience.* Work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to business problems.* Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders through data visualizations and presentations.* Continuously monitor and improve the performance of models and algorithms.* Implement CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployment (e.g., Azure).What you need to be successful* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.* 6 years of experience in data science, preferably in a fast-paced environment.* Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and Numpy.* Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch, includingGPT models.* Expertise with AI pipelines: (Transformers, LLMs, etc) and related tools (e.g. Langchain, LlamaIndex, hugging Face, etc.)* Familiarity with NoSQL databases and data modeling techniques.* Experience with cloud data pipelines, such as Azure Data Pipeline and Data Flow.* Experience with MLOps, including experience with model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.* Experience with data lakes, including experience with ingestion, storage, and management of large datasets.* Experience with data visualization tools like Plotly dash.* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and independently.* Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.* Ability to think outside of the box and come up with innovative solutions.* Willingness to fail fast and not give up in the face of challenges.* Optimistic attitude and ability to maintain a positive outlook in uncertain or ambiguous settings.* High scale of collaboration and ability to work effectively in a team environment.* Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors.Nice-to-Haves* Experience in backend engineering using Node.js, .NET, and Java.* Experience developing and deploying micro-service backends and APIs.* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployment (e.g., Azure).#LI-RemoteThis is a remote position.

　　$108500.00 To $173500.00  / year
