· 9am-5pm
· 6-month contract to hire

Necessary Skills
· 1 year of call center experience
· 1 year of data entry
· Office or administrative experience
· Typing 40+ words per minute
· Microsoft Office Suite comfortability
A day in the role…
· Ensuring that all applicants, recipients, spouses, attorneys, or other representatives receive extraordinary service when he or she is communicating via phone, fax, written correspondence, or email
· Handling some front desk/receptionist duties
· Contacting customers by phone or mail and in each communication providing empathetic and efficient service
· Answering incoming phone calls
· Documenting phone calls in Sharepoint
· Navigating and providing accurate information regarding the company websites
· Monitoring incoming calls and calls waiting
· Routing calls to appropriate individual or department when necessary
