Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Customer Quality Warranty Supervisor. This position will take place at our Eaton facility located in Arden, NC. Relocation assistance can be provided for qualifed candidates within the United States.
The Customer Quality Warranty Supervisor will develop and manage customer-facing and cross-functional relationships and lead a team of salaried professionals to assure timely and effective resolution of customer quality concerns with Eaton Power Distribution and Control Assemblies products. Additionally, the Customer Quality Warranty Supervisor will lead and contribute to the maintenance, continual improvement, and deployment of the Eaton Quality Management System elements relevant to the customer quality and warranty processes.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $88499.97 - $129799.96 a year.

What you'll do:
Lead, support, and carry out processes and tasks to assure and improve customer quality and warranty support aligned to Eaton and site objectives and assuring customer satisfaction.Develop and nurture effective customer-facing and cross-functional relationships.Lead a team of warranty technicians. Provide coaching, direction, performance and development feedback, time and attendance, payroll, administrative and leadership support.Serve as a point of contact for all field service product quality escalations.Authorize warranty claims and return of products for replacement, evaluation, and failure analysis.Work seamlessly with engineering field services and project management teams to coordinate on-site customer activities.Coordinate field quality campaigns and other significant warranty projects.Measure key process performance metrics and own objectives to continually improve results.Own and support other evolving projects and responsibilities as assigned.Support the deployment and continual improvement of the Eaton Quality Management System
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality function.Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates residing more than 50 miles from the Arden NC plant.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in industrial, electrical, mechanical engineering or engineering technology.Experience in customer service and/or quality functional or supervisory roles.Knowledge of Eaton PDCA products (LVA, MVC, MVD) or electrical control equipment.
Skills:
Demonstrated project management, multi-tasking, effective team leadership skills and results.Experience coordinating team project efforts across functions and sites and remote locations.Experience with 8D, A3, or other analytical structured problem-solving methods.Experience with continuous improvement tools & methodsAbility to be the voice and advocate of Customer quality requirements, Eaton Electrical Sector and Asheville Quality Management System requirements.Ability to interact effectively in a multifunctional environment.Strong sense of customer service.Excellent communication skills and with technical subjects, both verbal and written.Demonstrated proficiency using digital tools, Microsoft Excel, other software applications and systems.
