The role of a Customer CareSpecialist is a key position within Assurant because you are the voiceof our organization and clients. Classroom training hoursare typically Monday through Friday from 9am ? 4pm with a lunch break ?Upon completion of class room training you will receive your regularshift start working those hours Primary Job Responsibilities: ? Handlein-bound calls from our customers by researching and resolving loanlevel inquiries in hazard insurance, mortgage banking and property loss.? This role requires listening to our customer?s concerns and showingempathy while resolving their issue. ? Because every customer isdifferent we expect you to take the initiative to truly understand ourcustomers current challenges, solve them, and use your expertise toproactively help them avoid future challenges. ? You may be asked toparticipate in special projects, assume new responsibilities, and adjustpriorities as requested. ? Ability tomulti-task using technology, including call handling, loan level reviewand call documentation ? Minimum high school diploma or GED, and 1 yearwork experience required ?
