Description
A Customer Care Agent supports all customer types by providing prompt and accurate service to ensure excellent service standards. Has the ability to respond to customers inquiries by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. To perform at a professional level to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Highlights of your role
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during all business interactions.
Articulate well in written and verbal communication, able to compose professionally written communications with accurate spelling and punctuation.
Learn the field service process to provide accurate and detailed information that will allow for a one-time service visit.
Create a collaborative relationship with the team of care agents, field technicians, and other departments resulting in successful solutions.
You're a good fit if you have
Two-year degree or equal experience in other industries
Good learning orientation
Good Computer skills
Good communication skills: verbal and written

Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm
