Our CSO Solutions team is a small global project team responsible for working cross functionally to identify areas of opportunity, drive solutions, and to deliver improvements and optimization across the Applecare service business functions that are supported by the Channel Systems & Operations organization. We are looking for an outstanding and multi-skilled individual, who is flexible to adapt their focus and priorities to the changing needs of the business.

  Minimum of 5-7 years of proven professional experience working within a complex business environment Solid understanding of the AppleCare service landscape including repair strategies, repair channels, hardware repair processes across all LOBs, service systems and associated metrics used to measure and optimize channel performance and repairability Strong project management, collaboration, and presentation skills Experience implementing business process improvements in multiple areas Enjoy working in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment, and able to multi-task on concurrent solutions across different parts of the business A technical and analytical problem solver, who can work simultaneously in the detail and on broader strategy Ability to actively engage in high level, self-directed time management and prioritization of workload Experience using systems such as SAP, Agile, GCRM, GSX, MG is an asset

  CSO Solutions is an outstanding team with deliverables that may change depending on the needs of the business. We work on operational strategies to streamline and optimize within the AppleCare service operations space. Expect your time to be a mix of solving problems, data analysis to understand complex issues with multiple system and process variables, driving projects/initiatives, leading forums and collaborating with cross-functional DRI's across many areas of the AC business and beyond. Ability to work in any area of the Applecare service business across all LOB, including but not limited to NPI readiness, hardware repair, repair strategies, operational systems, solution design and business process reviews. Know the business complexity, understand the challenges, and proactively see opportunities to improve Key drivers include cost reduction, improved customer experience, business optimization Know and understand the data to identify issues, quantify impact and measure solution efficiency. Collaborate with key partners including (but not limited to) Product readiness, Channel readiness, Engineering, Finance, Business Development, ACBI, Product Marketing, BPR, IS&T and other CSO teams. Form and lead project centric cross-functional CSO think-tank groups, comprised of various SME's with goal of developing creative solutions, and encouraging knowledge transfer Deliver effective presentations for core teams and leadership updates Collaborate with partners across the globe which may require flexible hours.
