Description

　　R3 Safety, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Credit Representative for our location in Fairfield, OH. The Credit Representative is responsible for the collections of accounts receivable within the assigned credit area. Once training is completed, this will be a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Manage collection work for assigned customer base, including contacting customers to collect delinquent balances

　　Determine when to release or ship product within time frames and notification to customers per company guidelines

　　Examine credit updates and evaluate for credit terms and credit limit increases, as necessary

　　Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve disputes to facilitate payments in a timely manner

　　Answer incoming customer calls and questions regarding invoices

　　Reply to vendors regarding customer trade reference requests

　　Establish and maintain productive relationships with customers and internal staff

　　Requirements:

　　High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

　　Previous experience in accounts receivable with primary background in credit extension and collections preferred

　　Ability to make confident and independent credit decisions based upon company guidelines

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well with others to accomplish goals

　　Ability to multi-task, organize and establish priorities

　　Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines

　　Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and good typing skills
