　　COUNTRY GROWTH ANALYST (STARLINK)

　　Starlink, our revolutionary satellite constellation, will deliver low-latency broadband internet worldwide. You will join the Growth team that is responsible for launching, growing, and improving Starlink throughout the region. 

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　You will be accountable for Starlink's growth and success in the region, identifying and removing barriers to growth, championing user experience in the country, and driving initiatives to accelerate adoption.

　　Develop localized operations to optimize new market launches and long-term business success (new sales channels, logistics, customer support, etc.) to achieve revenue and profit goals Deeply understand the customer and Starlink experience in the country, elevating insights to drive localized improvements to the customer experience Develop and maintain weekly deployment forecasts based on a detailed understanding of demand and supply constraints Identify + drive forward opportunities to improve growth in key markets. Support team with some global process enhancement work to improve customer experience Engage with local partners to drive efforts catered to the market, understand what's working and what's not, and drive continuous improvement Champion key strategic consumer-focused projects end-to-end by collaborating and working cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Bachelor's degree 1+ years of experience in reporting and analytics (internship experience qualifies) 1+ years of experience in Excel and SQL PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

　　Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, management information systems, computer science, engineering, or economics discipline 2+ years of relevant work experience in go-to-market, growth, international operations, consulting, software, internet, and/or media industries, or early-stage companies  Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Ideally, speak 1+ language in Europe and have experience living internationally Structured problem solving - take on ambiguous problems and drive to a solution efficiently Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Project management - coordinate efforts with stakeholders to manage tight timelines Demonstrated track record of cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership through influence Distinctive project management, problem-solving, and analysis skills, combined with business judgment and top communication skills Culture fit - extreme ownership, flexibility in a highly dynamic environment, independence ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

　　Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:  

　　Pay Range:

　　Country Growth Analyst: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00/per year

　　Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

　　Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
