　　What part will you play?

　　In this role, you act as a trusted Finance Business Partner (f/m/d) for Sherpa X Business Type Software. The focus is on consulting and leading the IT/technical partners and interfaces in all financial elements.

　　In your role you will create a financial plan for the overall Sherpa X Business Type Software for the current financial year and the following years.

　　You will also create regular reports on cost trends based on a corporate defined systematic approach, check actual cost reports for plausibility and create a forecast at defined intervals.

　　You will work closely together with the Project Management Office and project managers of the individual projects within SHERPA X Business Type Software and consolidate their input to a holistic view.

　　In addition, you will regularly coordinate with the corporate SHERPA X team regarding project structures, cost allocation logic to / from central SHERPA X and compliance with the forecast process.

　　Developing Dashboards & presenting KPIs success factors (soft & hard) to frame the transformation journey, with focus on Break Through Targets and fast paced changing environment. Ability to tailor to fit to audience, and articulate complex positions in a compelling way.

　　Integral part of the BT-SW Scrum of Scrums – on the strategic approach plan / partnering and alignment. Potentially supporting into project initiatives outside of controlling sphere.

　　Furthermore, you will support the various Business Case owner in creating a Business Case prior to the rollout of a particular tool or feature. You will provide overall guidance for the creation of those Business Cases.

　　Enable the development of Data as a key value lever / adopting new AI technologies & digital transformation.

　　Your qualifications – solid, adequate, and encouraging business mindset

　　10+ years of progressive experience in finance.

　　Bachelor’s/master’s degree, e.g., in Business Administration or economics, or alternatively have a corresponding commercial education. (e.g. “Werkslehre” or "Stammhauslehre").

　　Due to your many years of well-founded commercial professional experience, you are familiar with the accounting and controlling regulations of Siemens and Digital Industries Software.

　　Furthermore, you are business savvy with ability to foster business requirements on top of governance role.

　　You are value driven, hands-on and solution focused based on Project Management / Data Analytics skill set.

　　Mentoring & coaching on project level is strength next to excellent communication, influencing and team based solutioning as key aspects.

　　Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills

　　Ability to work with multiple management levels in analyzing financial situations.

　　Ability to use professional judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills to resolve immediate and anticipated issues.

　　Team player and love to interact with a diverse team.

　　Excellent language skill in English, German advantageous

　　Building networks and developing relationships across the eco-system for enriched enablement.
