As a Communication Center Agent, your primary responsibility is to handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's products or services is crucial to offer informed and helpful responses. Additionally, documenting customer interactions and feedback, collaborating with other team members, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary are integral aspects of the role.
Qualifications:
This position is only for Indonesian.
Proven experience in a similar role as a hotel reservation agent or in a customer service position.
Proficient in using computer systems, reservation software, and other relevant technology and has capability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
