  Responsibilities:

  Partner with the assigned Sales teams to develop commercial strategies and solutions that will meet customer requirements as well as meet or exceed business goals.Work with assigned Sales department team members as well as cross-functional departments to support the business development processes to efficiently close sales transactions, including passage through various gate stages of the sales process.Coordinate information, relationships, and inputs from Sales, Service, and Operations to produce customer-facing value-based solutions, proposals, and pricing.Review written solicitation requirements and other relevant information to develop comprehensive, compliant proposal outlines. Develop proposal compliance matrixes, writers' guidelines, proposal plans, and other solicitation-required documents.Leverage knowledge of the market for equipment and knowledge of our competition, to influence help our proposal and commercial offer to win business. Visualize, optimize, and document value proposition in the proposal.Plan and manage all proposal activities including project cost models, deal economics, developing proposal opportunities to close, and present commercial proposals to senior leadership.Provide leadership during the deal review process to ensure that all technical risk points, risk mitigation, and business risk acceptance levels are properly incorporated in the development of the scope, cost, and proposal wording.Coordinate and supervise stakeholder meetings for deal status and deal risk meetings.Ensure compliance with the Global Sales Process and required financial approvals and due diligence.Focus on the improvement of the sales process, by developing and implementing solutions that will increase efficiency within the sales process.

  Qualifications:

  Bachelors' degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, or technical degree preferred.Experience in commercial sales and sales operations preferred.Experience in the energy industry, wind energy preferred.Sales, Project Management, or Project Engineering experience preferred.

  Competencies:

  Sales, Project Management, or Project Engineering experience preferred.Proven customer relations, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to perform under high pressures and changing work environment.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Good communication and leadership skills.Comprehensive System Skills - SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite.
