About Client Solutions Manager, FMCG

  The CSM is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts Facebook customers at the core of everything they do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, strategy and measurement to some of our most complex brand focused, performance driven clients. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, the CSM is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue growth by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.

  Client Solutions Manager, FMCG Responsibilities:

  Develop solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for partners.Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of solutions.Guide media and creative strategy, planning and implementation of campaigns to deliver against key performance indicators.Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance.Minimum Qualifications:

  Extensive experience as a Facebook/Instagram/Whatsapp user and familiarity with Meta's ad productsExperience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companiesExperience aligning solutions and measurement to client business objectivesExperience planning, delivering, and executing media, measurement, and creative strategyExperience presenting to external stakeholders at a variety of levelsStrong project management abilities, with experience completing projects with minimal direction with high attention to detailExperience providing insights and campaign optimisations/recommendationsDemonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partnersExperience leading and managing initiatives with support from team/managerExperience supporting the execution of account growth strategy and action plans as part of a teamDemonstrated experience analyzing data sets and delivering actionable insightsAbility to guide adoption of products/solutionsDemonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders - anticipating challenges and objections, providing solutions and guidance with supportPreferred Qualifications:

  FMCG industry or media agency biddable experience preferredExperience in both brand and performance marketingAbout Meta:
