  Responsibilities

  We seek a Client Service Associate that will bring a proactive mindset to our team.

  We seek candidates with proven work experience in Medicaid Policy, Medicaid Claiming, Schools (K through 12), or in Special Education.

  This is a Remote position with the need of a person that resides in the State of Michigan.

  Travel to client sites within Michigan is required. Most of the travel occurs during the summer months of June, July, and August. Occasional travel outside of those months.

  Responsibilities:

  The Client Service Associate works in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a growing team consisting of consulting and operations staff.

  The teams’ goal is to provide exceptional service to school districts in the areas of special education management systems, federal claiming, and other school-based revenue programs.

  The position requires a self-starter who can quickly learn our web-based technologies and lead clients through the implementation and training processes.

  Responding to a high volume of phone, online message board, and email client support requests.

  This position revolves around technology, policy and financial management functions.

  Conduct quality assurance on PCG’s web-based software.

  This is a Remote position with the need of a person that resides in the State of Michigan.

  Travel to client sites within Michigan is required. Most of the travel occurs during the summer months of June, July, and August. Occasional travel outside of those months.

  Qualifications

  Required Education and Experience

  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  Work experience with Medicaid Policy, Medicaid Claiming, Schools (K through 12), or in Special Education.

  Other Requirements:

  Travel to client sites within Michigan required. Travel consists of 1-2 night trips typically with more travel during the summer months.

  Ability to work additional hours and some evening and weekend hours for certain tasks.

  This position is remote. Dedicated space to work from home is required.

  Required Skills

  Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data.

  Strong attention to detail.

  Excellent organizational, oral presentation and written communication skills.

  Research and project management capabilities.

  Proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing, preference given for experience with MS Office products including PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Word.

  Compensation

  Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $60,000 - $75,000 and a potential discretionary bonus of up to 10%. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
