Gather requirements and translate business requirement to technical requirement and solution.
Creates user stories with relevant acceptance criteria.
Designing and developing SSIS / SQL ETL solutions to acquire and prepare data from numerous upstream systems for processing by QRM.
Builds data transformations with SSIS including importing data from files, moving data from one database platform to another.
Writing SQL queries to pull, manipulate data and validate complex queries.
Develop ETL/DW best practices and participate as a reviewer and contributor in requirement, design and code reviews.
Data cleaning, perform exploratory data analysis, create statistical models, Machine Learning models for predictive analytics solutions and evaluation metrics.
As the ETL/BI Developer you will be coding, testing, debugging, implementing, and documenting moderately complex programs.
Working as a part of a team to manage and deliver quality and robust system enhancements to critical systems, as required by the business.
Create test scripts and testing plans with Scrum Masters, developers, test leads, and log bugs in system for UAT.
Detail oriented with effective multitasking and prioritization skills.

Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent and 3 years work experience or
Associate's Degree and 4 years work experience or
High School Diploma/GED 5 years work experience in the fields of Computer Science, Data Science or related disciplines.
Preferred Education/Experience
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent and and 2 years of experience.Relevant Work Experience
Prior experience with ODI ELT /SSIS ETL of data using flat files/DB2/Salesforce/Oracle NoSQL as source. Required
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting data issues arising out of the ELT/ETL process. Required
Design and develop SQL Server/ORACLE stored procedures, functions, views and triggers to be used during the ELT/ETL process. Required
Robust and practical expertise in PL/SQL. Required
Builds data transformations with SSIS including importing data from files, moving data from one database platform to another. Required
Design, implement and maintain database objects (tables, views, indexes) and database security. Required
Proficient with ETL/ELT tools such as Microsoft SSIS/ORACLE ODI. Required
Proven experience as an SSIS developer/ODI Developer or in a similar ETL-focused role. Required
Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and rectify errors in ETL processes. Required
Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for ETL processes. Required
Knowledge of database systems, data modeling, and data architecture. Required
Analyze and develop strategies and approaches to import and transfer data between source, staging, and ODS/Data Warehouse destinations. Preferred
Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. Preferred
Creative problem-solving skills to address complex data integration challenges. Preferred
Knowledge of and work experience with energy efficiency and demand side management initiatives. Preferred
Experience working in a fast paced, changing environment. Preferred
