Job Summary: Performs all duties of the Prosecuting Attorneypursuant to Idaho Code, managing assigned cases from intake throughdisposition. Acts as Prosecutor for Boundary County in the absence ofthe Prosecuting Attorney. Experience Required Graduation from an ABAaccredited law school with a Juris Doctorate degree. At least fouryears' experience as a practicing attorney with two years' experiencein a prosecutor's office preferred. Must be admitted to practice law inthe State of Idaho and maintain good standing. with the Idaho State Bar.Must maintain continuing legal education requirements of the State Bar.

Minimum Education: Graduationfrom ABA accredited law school with aJuris Doctorate degree
