As a Flexologist, your goal is to create an unforgettable stretch experience for our clients. You'll guide them through each stretch, explaining its purpose and how it should feel. Our expert Flexologists identify areas of tightness and provide tips for maintaining mobility and flexibility in their daily routines. Check out the fantastic benefits we offer: * Competitive compensation: Earn $25-$35 per hour * Starting pay of $25 per hour for every 50-minute stretch performed (hourly + commission) * Exciting bonus structure: Earn up to $200 in average monthly bonuses. * Enjoy paid 30-minute breaks * Access to cutting-edge recovery tools and techniques * Thrive in a motivating and upbeat environment * Receive paid training and continued education to foster your growth Your responsibilities as a Flexologist include: * Delivering personalized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions * Educating clients throughout the stretch sessions * Building StretchLab memberships and retaining current clientele * Ensuring client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules * Attending staff meetings and required training sessions * Assisting sales associates and the General Manager with studio duties and sales * Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of equipment for client use * Pursuing continued education for ongoing personal and professional growth To qualify, you'll need: * Prior certification or degree from a nationally recognized organization/university in one of the following fields: Personal Trainer, Athletic Trainer, Sports Performance Coach, Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Yoga or Pilates Instructor, Kinesiology/Sports Medicine/Corrective Exercises, etc. * Former collegiate and professional athletes are also welcome, even without formal certifications.
