Salary Range
$23.27 - $34.03 Hourly$1,861.38 - $2,722.62 Biweekly$4,033.00 - $5,899.00 Monthly$48,396.00 - $70,788.00 Annually
Duties
While a salary range is posted for this position, an eventual salary offer isdetermined by a comprehensive salary analysis, which considers multiplefactors including but not limited to education and experience compared toothers in the organization doing substantially similar work.
Colorado Rural Workforce Consortium exists to ensure every Colorado businesshas access to a skilled workforce and every Coloradan has access to meaningfulemployment, resulting in statewide economic vitality. This is accomplished byplanning, budgeting and implementing the programs funded under the WorkforceInvestment Act (WIOA), Wagner-Peyser, Trade Adjustment Act (TAA), and grantsin the Colorado Rural Workforce Consortium (CRWC). It provides employmentservices including labor exchange; and referral of applicants to job openingsand placement assistance and addresses employability barriers, deliversquality customer service to program candidates, businesses, and the community.The unit fosters partnerships with educational institutions and othercommunity organizations to provide a network of support services to ensureColorado has a qualified and relevant workforce.
This position exists to foster business-focused workforce partnerships,effectively preparing rural Coloradans for the jobs of today and tomorrow bydelivering a comprehensive array of employment and training services. Workswith business customers to achieve their employment goals, and providescustomer service to the business community. In addition, this position existsto identify and assist businesses with hiring, recruitment and retention.Position interprets federal regulations and state program guidance, policies,and procedures. Position is also responsible to provide outreach, hiringevents, career fairs and business information.
This position is required to travel throughout Eastern Colorado to countiesthat include Elbert, Lincoln, Kit Carson, Cheyenne and Kiowa counties . Themain office location will be in Limon.
