  JOB REQUIREMENTS: If you are results-driven, like to sell at all levelsof a customer organization, and have the ability to build long-termrelationships, this is the job for you! As a Business DevelopmentPartner, you\'ll help transform the local staffing landscape,influencing how companies make hiring decisions from manufacturing tooffice/professional positions. Our fast-paced team has a positiveattitude that is contagious with a drive to see results. Our establishedStevens Point/Wausau territory needs you to call on existing clients, aswell as to generate new revenue from mid-to-large sized companies. Wespecialize in unskilled labor, skilled trades, office and professionalpositions. Staffing industry experience and 1-3 years of outside salesexperience is preferred. Task at Hand Create andimplement a successful sales strategy to meet/exceed new businesstargets Call on existing clients, as well as generate new revenue fromall sized companies Develop relationships with key decision makersthroughout Stevens Point, Wausau, Wisconsin Rapids and the surroundingarea using a strategic and consultative approach to understand theclient\'s needs and demonstrate the value of SEEK\'s services to meetthose needs Must-Haves Strong strategic sales aptitude and businessdevelopment experience Superior interpersonal skills, diplomacy and theability to work collaboratively with staff and peers Results orientedwith a high level of integrity and dependability Entrepreneurial with anurgency to grow and expand the business Compensation/Benefits Aguaranteed base salary starting at \$50k/year DOE, plus monthlycommission, medical & dental, vision plan, company-paid life insurance,HSA, HRA, cell phone plus mileage reimbursement, and much more areavailable! You will be responsible for reporting daily sales activitiesand results into our automated system. Strong computer skills arenecessary to achieve success.
