About Business Analyst- Salesforce B2C Commerce

  Job description:

  Must have Skills:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Demandware Business Analyst/Administrator

  • Expert Level Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager

  Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with clients and end users to gather, understand and define business requirements

  • Assist with ongoing system Salesforce Commerce Cloud administration including but not limited to: creating products, promotions, source codes, gift cards, coupons, sales tax and merchandising the site, configuration of Security functionality

  • Maintain database integrity and accuracy via data cleansing, data uploads

  • Assist with release evaluations including defining scope and priorities for system initiatives

  • Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner and provide internal support when needed

  • Lead end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & regression testing to accurately prioritize defects and re-test resolved issues

  • Train customer personnel to Manage the Storefront

The base salaryrange for the tagged location is $150800 - $169000.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), andany other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested,and determinable.
