　　Your responsibilities

　　Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

　　Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

　　Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

　　Monitor accounts by balancing entries

　　Uphold quality historical records by filing documents

　　Oversee and manage general ledger

　　Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures Requirements - Proficiency in Inventory Audits

　　Solid understanding of general ledger

　　QuickBooks experience preferred

　　Prior experience working with accounting software

　　3+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper

　　BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
