KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB TASKS: * Perform tasks at differentstations on the bar, butter or seed nola production lines as assigneddaily * Dough loading, handling, spreading, and catching dough in traysfrom the former * Taking and recording tray weights and weights ofother products * Feeding and packing on the cartoner, packing bars fromthe flow wrappers * Palletizing products * Filling, labeling andpacking jars and pouches * Work with the Machine Operators to ensuregood flow at the station * Follow proper operating, safety and cleaningprocedures as directed by the Production Manager, Supervisors andMachine Operators * Follow all SQF practices and applicable regulatoryrequirements as trained and directed by management * Report anydeviation from process, quality or safety standards to a MachineOperator, Supervisor or Manager * Contribute to the care andmaintenance of The Bakery by handling and using equipment and toolsproperly and following directions * Participate in cleaning and closingactivities at the end of the shift/day * Help set up stations orprepare ingredients and tools for the next shift or day\'s production asdirected by the Production Manager and Supervisor * Other productionrelated tasks as assigned by the shift manager/supervisors REQUIREDSKILL, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES: * Active listening skills andability to follow directions as described * On time, reliable, goodattendance, dependable, adheres to policies and standards * Attentionto detail and accuracy * Speaking and coordinating with others tocoordinate events * Team orientation and actively looking for ways tocontribute to the team * Willingness to learn new skills REQUIREDEDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: * No previous experience required!All job training is provided. * Previous experience in food productiona plus but not required * Understanding of good manufacturingpractices, food safety and food production a plus but not requiredWORKING CONDITIONS: * Schedule: Monday through Friday 2pm-10pm withoccasional overtime on days and weekends * Prolonged standing forextended periods up to 8 hours * Lifting/pushing/pulling/carrying up to60 pounds * Squatting and bending repeatedly * Working with one orboth hands extended overhead or outstretched BENEFITS: Benefits for fulltime employees include partial employer funded medical, dental, vision,employer funded life insurance, 401k with company match, PTO, paidholidays, and commuter benefits.
