　　Key Responsibilities

　　Liaise with key project stakeholders to develop AV project requirements

　　Take complete ownership for all aspects of AV installation to ensure successful project implementation

　　Develop and deliver training programs for end users where appropriate

　　Manage all aspects of installation and service programs within region

　　Troubleshoot, coordinate repair and maintenance of all AV equipment throughout the region

　　Ensure EHS standards are maintained and fully compliant at all times

　　Oversee commissioning process for all AV installations to ensure compliance with specifications and corporate AV standards

　　Liaise with all internal stakeholders such as facilities operations and IT colleagues to ensure optimal AV service delivery

　　Develop and manage an effective system of AV performance measurement to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

　　Regular travel to field sites to inspect installations and liaise with key stakeholders

　　Job Qualifications

　　Excellent technical knowledge of AV & VC equipment from all major brands

　　Ability to understand and leverage existing company infrastructure to provide solutions to the business and recommend new systems when required

　　Demonstrated customer service focus and client communications skills

　　A current understanding of the AV marketplace including products and trends

　　Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

　　Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

　　Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects with competing demands

　　Good understanding of IT infrastructure and network environments

　　10+ years of job experience in related field preferably in corporate environment

　　CTS – Certified Technical specialist preferred.

　　CAPM, PMP preferred but not required.

　　Working Conditions/Physical Requirements : Working Conditions normal office environment

　　Must be willing to travel to other international offices
