Job Description

Aids recruitment for high volume, clerical, administrative, and /or service related positions for the organization. Utilizes basic sourcing avenues to find and place qualified candidates. Assists with sourcing strategies, recruitment and retention activities.

Job Responsibility

Aids recruitment for high volume clerical, administrative and/ or service related positions for the organization.

Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking system to source, identify and recruit qualified candidates.

Assist in pre-screens and interviews during recruiting process; maintains resume database and candidate for area(s) of focus.

Conducts follow-up calls with hiring managers and new hires to address hiring quality improvement initiatives.

Participates in system-wide recruiting events/initiatives, as necessary; acts as liaison to vendors and potential candidates for assigned recruitment area(s).

Monitors vacancy and turnover rates for assigned recruitment areas and makes recommendations to address retention issues.

Incorporates metrics to define success/failure and shares with key stakeholders.

Operates with direct guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity.

Job Qualification

Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

0-1 years of relevant experience, required.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).

The salary range for this position is $64,350-$75,012/year
