　　Our Cincinnati site is a Center of Excellence for specialized oral solid dose commercial manufacturing and drug development within our Pharma Services Group (PSG). The Associate Project Manager supports the Project Manager on daily tasks to ensure flawless project execution. Performs day-to-day client project and business tasks that support development products. Manages cross functional deliverables and communication to enhance key project milestones. 　　What will you do?

　　Supports Project Managers with project and account activities including but not limited to batch readiness execution, batch release execution, managing proposal introduction into Changepoint (PM software), writing small proposals, and project kickoff support.Serves as customer logistics coordinator for the site including customer hosting and batch observations, logistics support, ordering catering for customer visits, and coordinates customer office assignments.Assists Project Managers in change of scope writing and managing small projects.Responsible for generating internal forms required for ongoing projects and newly awarded projects

　　High school or GED, Bachelors degree preferred1 year of experience required, or equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered

　　Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

　　General knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and practical knowledge of GMPs. Advanced communication skills and ability to solve problems, make decisions independently, and coordinate projects. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.Ability to work and communicate well with employees in multiple areas and job levels.Effective written and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
