　　Aperçu du poste

　　Otis développe son activité et recherche un conseiller relation clientèle senior (H/F) pour intégrer une de nos entités portes située à Meyreuil.

　　Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :

　　Assurer la relation commerciale sédentaire avec les clients

　　Renseigner les clients et présenter les avantages Otis

　　Utiliser les bonnes techniques d'approche et personnaliser le contact

　　Préparer un argumentaire adapté au contexte et à son interlocuteur

　　Anticiper les freins de son interlocuteur et élaborer des solutions de replis

　　Négocier pour aboutir à un accord

　　Conclure des ventes par téléphone

　　Traiter les courriers clients ainsi que les litiges et autres réclamations, et s’assurer de la satisfaction de son interlocuteur quand le problème est traité

　　Prendre en charge les demandes de reporting

　　Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

　　Vous justifiez d'une expérience solide et réussi en administration des ventes (environ 3 ans)

　　Vous aimez le travail en équipe et vous mettez en avant un sens du service avéré

　　Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, d’initiative et de polyvalence

　　Vous êtes capable de faire face à des interlocuteurs de tous niveaux

　　Vous faites preuve d’une très bonne organisation

　　Vous êtes à l’aise dans l’échange et la communication

　　Vous maitrisez parfaitement les outils bureautique (Word, Excel, Outlook)
