　　Assist Body Shop Manager in daily and overall operation of the Body ShopEnsures department is achieving acceptable productivity, efficiency, and is adhering to company goals and policiesEvaluate Body Shop performance, in conjunction with the Body Shop Manager, against target goals and standards and take appropriate corrective action when neededPrimary Duties:

　　Establish and foster relationships with key outside vendorsMaintain a high level of customer relations and satisfaction by addressing all customer concerns mediating a solutions between all parties involvedMaintain a thorough knowledge of, and compliance with manufacturer and vendor warranty proceduresFollow up and collect vendor credits and allowances in a timely mannerInterview and hire Body Shop employees with approval from the Body Shop ManagerEnsure shop personnel are properly trained by scheduling employees to appropriate training schools or arranging in-house training seminars, as neededOversee purchasing and acquisition of appropriate department tooling and equipmentAddress and handle personnel issues to include performance appraisals and performance related improvement plansUnderstand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect operationsMaintains cleanliness of shop and office area and overall upkeep of facility and grounds
