  *This is a non-traditional schedule of 4x4 (4 days on 4 days off) work schedule 5am-5pm (12-hour shift) including weekends and holidays and rotating days off*

  Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  Assigns the daily work orders and activities of gas service employees based on workload requests and manpower availability.

  Prioritizes and assigns daily work orders to optimize utilization of resources.

  Prioritizes and re assigns daily work orders as needed to ensure orders are completed timely.

  Dispatch all emergency orders including gas leaks, fire calls and monoxide orders timely and professionally.

  Monitors work throughout the day, and reprioritizes and reassigns work as necessary to properly manage overtime.

  Assigns labor and equipment resources that will support the schedule.

  Coordinates the distribution of work to maximize operations effectiveness.

  Works with schedulers and field operation leaders to ensure the appropriate prioritization and routing of daily work.

  Manages the backlog of undated and filler work that needs to get done.

  Directs and instructs personnel to respond to emergency orders and facility locates throughout Distribution Operations to ensure compliance is attained.

  Communicates with mobile workforce, field operations, system operations, meter-to cash, call center, construction services, ESSO and all others that may apply to ensure a collaborative and effective link.

  Coordinates with others, as appropriate (including outside parties, utilities and internal resources/departments).

  Perform crew adjustments on resource constraints (e.g., employee call out) and notify supervisor of employees off time.

  Perform other resource updates, as necessary.

  Field calls from the call centers and perform the necessary follow-up for customer inquiries and complaints

  Reschedules work (if needed) and ensures that customers are informed of the updated status

  Must be able to work a rotating schedule of 4 days on 4 days off 5am-5pm (12 hour shift) including weekends and holidays

  The salary range on this posting is based upon market research of external, validated salary sources. The salary range represents the minimum and maximum salary opportunity for that position.

  An employee is placed into the salary range based upon skills, experiences, equity, and current salary.

  For nonexempt employees, the incentive opportunity is based upon company performance. For exempt employees, the incentive opportunity is based upon company and individual performance.

  A promotion is defined by an increase in incentive level (not by moving into a position that has a higher salary range). A lateral move is defined by moving from and to the same incentive level.

  Required Qualifications for Position:

  Two years of experience in Distribution Operations or equivalent work experience.

  Basic computer skills.

  Customer focus driven

  Demonstrated organizational skills.

  Good communication skills, both written and oral.

  Preferred Additional Qualifications for Position:

  Associate's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.

  Knowledge of Distribution Operations policies.
