In this role you are responsible for the realization of the sales objectives within a portfolio of customers and/or product group within Dentsply Sirona.
Area Sales Manager – North Netherlands - Flevoland
Role and Responsibilities:
As an expert in the dental product package for Preventive, Restorative and Endo, you are also a specialist for the DS digital restorative workflows. Along with the sales manager you define your sales plan. You are responsible for the management and expansion of digital restorative products in your responsible territory.
You will win new customers for Celtra Duo/Cerec Tessera and Calibra Cementation system
Realizes or surpasses the agreed sales objectives and personal goals in line with the proposed sales processes and structures by prospecting, contacting and visiting dental clinics using the digital restorative treatments, analyzing customer needs and convincing them of the proposed offerings, negotiating deals and closing orders with focus on Celtra Duo/Cerec Tessera and the DS cementation system.
Guarantee short and long-term positive sales development of celtra Duo/Cerec Tessera and establish good relations with existing and potential users of DENTSPLY products.
Collect, update and utilise data of existing and potential clinics and institutions with focus on DS digital restorative workflows.
Establish good relations with dealers and provide training for their sales force on DS digital restorative workflows to maximize their support and sales of DENTSPLY products with focus on Celtra Duo/Cerec Tessera and the DS cementation system.
See that the given individual targets on winning new customers for our DS digital workflows and specific tasks are being fulfilled according to the given time frame
Support the handling of complaints
What we are looking for:
You have at least a bachelor’s degree and proven experience in direct sales with knowledge of professional selling techniques. You are fluent in Dutch and English and you are used to communicate at various levels within the organization but equally with clients. You can organize your work independently and you have knowledge of MS Office including various Sales related tools.
