Reference #: 5001001564606Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance team. Reporting to the VP, FP&A, this position will be responsible for developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and maintaining reporting and analytics for the Utz management team to help provide insights on business performance and profitability. In addition, the FP&A analyst will help develop monthly, quarterly and annual presentations for the Utz management team and Board of Directors.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of analytical experience. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidates must be comfortable interpreting large data sets, developing new processes, and implementing changes. Strong communication skills and technical aptitude is required.Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis:Utilizing trend analysis and understanding KPI's for all P&L metrics to help identify anomalies and consistencies in an effort to forecast and improve performance.Developing and delivering effective dashboards and standard reports to measure organization performance.Participating in monthly and quarterly forecasts as well as the development of a detailed annual plan.Coordinating, managing and executing formal process improvement projects using appropriate tools and methodologies.Providing tools and analysis which simplify decision-making and shorten reaction time for business leaders.Performing root cause analysis on P&L accounts to help diagnose business performance.Providing ad-hoc business and analytical support as necessary.Communication of analyses, recommendations and identified issues to business leaders.Spreading Joy Through Food!Here at Utz, we have a passion for food that our associates enjoy creating, our consumers love, and our customers choose.
