  ABOUT OUR TEAM

  The Account Management team based out of our Denver office supports our partners across the Mountain West region, including Colorado, Utah, Montana, Arizona and Las Vegas. Most of our business comes from independent agencies and direct brands, and we work very closely with our Business Development (BD) and Trading teams to offer a high level of strategic and tactical support to our clients. We are growing rapidly and eager to welcome folks that will help evolve our team!

  WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  Oversee a portfolio of existing business with independent agency partners across the Mountain West region and manage the day-to-day communication with those clients.Collaborate with BD and identify ways to generate growth across that portfolio.Collaborate with Trading to ensure live campaigns are pacing in full and performing against KPIs.Play an active role in helping onboard new client contacts and customers that will be using The Trade Desk platform, including the development and facilitation of platform demos and trainings.Provide ongoing education, training and support to clients as new features and capabilities are added to The Trade Desk platform. Become an expert on the use and best practices on The Trade Desk platform and offer strategic insights to clients that help them achieve their digital marketing objectives.Take the lead on generating strategic account plans for your portfolio, establishing bi-annual objectives and quarterly and monthly milestones for you and your BD and Trading counterparts to work towards. Help elevate our approach to Account Management by creating training and sales materials and evangelizing best practices that benefit our clients and strengthen our partnerships.

  WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  A client services pro, you're comfortable managing, supporting and growing business across a portfolio of accounts. You love learning new technology and teaching it to others. You are as comfortable preparing for and nailing a presentation as you are diving into Excel and uncovering key insights for your clients. You are a self-starter that knows how to balance your time wisely and set your own priorities accordingly. You are a strategic thinker that enjoys the challenges and nuances of portfolio management.

  Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university highly desirable2-4 years of digital marketing and advertising experience preferred; 1+ years of client-facing experience required.Expertise working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers and other optimization platforms preferred. Experience managing CPA, CPC and CPM marketing campaigns preferred.An ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment.Experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making and manipulation of large data sets.Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending the best strategies to execute.Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  Our Compensation and Benefits ( for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)

  At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is

  $54,900 -$100,600

  In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
