　　As the Senior Manager, Data Management & Engineering within the Pharmacy Services (PS) Finance Data & Analytics organization , you'll have the opportunity to become a trusted partner to CVS Caremark's CFO organization by growing a team engineering scalable and sustainable pipelines for massive amounts of enterprise financial data. Leveraging industry-best technology, you'll be tasked with leading strategy, execution, and continued development of a technical team comprised of data professionals . You'll also have the opportunity to drive the data strategy for the organization, develop future leaders, and help guide the PS Finance organization toward being information driven.

　　 Job Responsibilities Set the strategic vision and mission for the Data Management & Engineering team, promoting innovation, growth, and successDevelop an in-depth understanding of the data and infrastructure within CVS Caremark, working closely with other data teams and enterprise partners to lead the identification and adoption of new frameworks and capabilitiesIdentify and implement appropriate process and technology to maintain a modern data ecosystem that is sustainable, scalable, and flexible to the changing needs of PS FinanceProvide coaching and technical direction, guidance, and oversight to a team of data professionals responsible for delivering high quality, scalable architecture and integration for data pipelines and modelsFacilitate technical training and learning to ensure team members stay current with industry trendsDefine standards and expectations that enable team members to be effective and efficientActively participate in conversations with business stakeholders, ensuring mutual understanding of data projects and short- and long-term visionEffectively partner with the PS Finance Data & Analytics leadership team to appropriately plan efforts that drive team strategy and growth Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field8+ years experience with relational SQL databases8+ years experience engineering scalable and flexible data pipelines and models5+ years experience leading technical teams or projectsExperience in implementing best practices for data engineering, such as source control repositories, automated code deployments, data quality frameworks, etc.E xperience with ETL technology such as Infoworks , Alteryx, TalendProficiency with Python, SQL Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a STEM fieldExperience developing and executing organizational strategyExperience explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audienceExperience coaching individuals towards better, more pragmatic technical solutionsExperience with cloud data platforms , such as GCPBQ, Azure, etc.Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organizationPay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$79,200.00 - $170,800.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
