We are looking for a Senior Project & Product Lead who ensures the integrated management of assigned biopharmaceutical projects and products.

This position is part time eligible with 80 %.
Tasks & responsibilities
As Senior Project & Product Lead you are responsible for leading development projects and all-life cycle management activities including transfers of one or several of commercial biopharmaceutical products.
You are the main liaison between the Biberach site project/product teams and the external client of our BioXcellence contracting manufacturing business.
You work closely with colleagues in Proposals and Contract Management including Key Account management in order to ensure business needs.
You are responsible for coordination of the contracted work packages – ensuring delivery on time, in the right quality and in the project/product budgets.
You drive project/product related decision-making within a cross-functional governance system.
Also, you monitor product quality, process performance, production progress and success rate. Where necessary, you develop and implement improvement measures or ensure effective crisis management.
Requirements
Doctoral or master’s degree in natural or applied sciences, as well as long term professional experience within (Bio)-Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Development, Quality, Project or Product Management preferably related to biologics
Leadership experience in line- or matrix-organizations
Assertiveness, persistence with the capability to excel in team-leading, including stakeholder integration
Effective facilitation, communication, presentation and change management skills as well as excellent analytical, strategic and innovative thinking and strong business judgement
Good knowledge of MS Office and Project Management Tools
Fluent in English and German, spoken and written
