Main Purpose of Job
The role of the Senior Billing Coordinator is to participate in the preparation of accurate invoicing to customers on behalf of the artist based on the direction of the Talent Managers and/or assistants. This role includes the invoice processing, reporting, on-boarding new talent and the performance of various month-end accounting activities of a moderate nature. The Senior Billing Coordinator will request guidance from management to help ensure internal controls and timeliness deadlines are met within the global finance function. The individual will identify value-added opportunities to better serve the businesses and senior management, including identifying opportunities and making recommendations for overall individual performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Management of high volume of invoices daily (~30 invoices per day)Collaboration with Model Managers and/or assistants to ensure accurate entry of all job information has been competed in CRM (ICE New York and ICE LA)This involves working with Senior Management within the business unitAccurately generating draft invoices and live invoicesThis includes solving any billing discrepancies or revisions as neededRoutinely auditing jobs not yet billed, and jobs entered without fees, communicating to Manage, and ensuring billing is completed in a timely manner (within approx. 48 hours)Ensuring contracts have been signed where appropriate and all necessary backup has been properly audited, organized, and savedHandling specialized invoices and calculations when necessaryWorking with clients to ensure invoices are sent promptly to the correct billing partySupport outsourcing partner (WNS) with invoice collections, including but not limited to invoice disputes, following up on outstanding balances, and communicating open items to respective Model ManagersCollaborate with Model Managers and/or assistants to on-board new talentReviewing talent documents prior to onboarding to system to ensure completenessWork with our outsourced accounting team in India (WNS) to set up talent accuratelyCreating and maintaining relevant new talent requests and reconciliation reportsAssist staff accountant with annual 1099 & 1042-S creation and distribution - ensuring clients receive proper tax documents within the IRS deadlines and as directed by Corporate Indirect Tax ManagerLimited participation in Month End Close Process, booking of journal entries and reporting as directedThis includes the preparation of the Bad Debt Provision and monthly journal entriesRespond to internal and external requests, providing high quality support to customers and colleagues within a timely mannerPrepare accounts receivable rebills back to a talent account-based management approvalAssist management team with talent statement clean-upUndertake special projects as requested by the Models Controller
Unusual Challenges or Circumstances e.g., shift(s)/ unsocial hours/ travel etc.
Will be required to work outside of standard working hours (normal hours are 9:30am to 6:00pm). These time periods will typically be known in advance so can be planned for.Typically, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end along with other high volume Fashion periods (February / September)

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$58,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$65,000 annually
