Join the herd and unlock your opportunity.Why you'll love this role:The Sr. Audit Manager will be a key contributor to our governance, risk and compliance program and be primarily responsible for managing Cribl's ongoing third party audits. In this role, you will interface with every team and create relationships that move and support the information security program.As an active member of our team, you will:* Develop annual audit plans* Manage performance of audit assignments* Schedule and plan audits; initiate project planning, assess risk and develop audit direction* Generate and review audit reports* Participate in development, implementation and maintenance of policies & process objectives, short-and long-range planning; develop and implement projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals* Support the vendor risk management program* Work with cross-functional teams to plan work resulting from gaps identified during audit* Analyze and solve problems* Understand IT control environment* Motivate others and promote teamworkIf you've got it - we want it:* 4+ years' experience at audit manager level* Demonstrated project and program management skills in support of compliance and regulatory frameworks;* Extensive experience with risk assessments,and vendor risk management.* Strong written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, and ability to collaborate across functions.* Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks, including:* FedRAMP* ISO/SOC* PCI DSS* HIPAA* HI-TrustSalary Range ($149,000 - $213,000)The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
