As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF Personnel Security Officer/Access Control Officer you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Command, Control, Cyber, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) mission areas.
You will be a member of a team that will monitor and provide expertise regarding specific countries within USAREUR-AF’s AOR/AOI and plan/organize USAREUR-AF G2X’s analytical engagement with NATO and other foreign partner agencies.
More About the Role:
As a CACI SOAS USAREUR-AF Personnel Security Officer/Access Control Officer you will embed at Panzer Kaserne (Kaiserslautern, GE) and may travel as required, to perform services at other locations within the USEUCOM or US AFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
The USAREUR-AF TMISS Team will research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term all source assessments on terrorism / counterterrorism, and multi-discipline counter-intelligence issues in response to CG USAREUR-AF’s priority intelligence requirements and to enable U.S. and foreign partner counterintelligence operations.
Other duties as Personnel Security Officer/Access Control Officer will include but are not limited to:
Assist the 21ST TSC G2 Security Office in conducting required security verification actions (DD 2875).
Support the 21ST TSC G2 Security Office in the development and maintenance of Security Clearance Access Rosters (SCARs).
Assist in the implementation and administration of physical and personnel security programs.
Check for current classified courier orders or courier cards when personnel are carrying classified materials in sensitive areas.
Assist in providing clear guidance to workforce personnel, staff members, and visitors regarding access control and badging requirements for sensitive areas.
Conduct daily inventory of office equipment in the work area and sign for its accountability.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience as an Access Control Officer; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized experience; OR 10 years of specialized experience.
Prior experience managing an Access Control system
Current and active TS/SCI clearance
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience providing assistance in the establishment, revisions, or reviews of policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organization design for US Army USAREUR-AF Site Access Control Programs
Military experience, particularly in the EUCOM or AFRICOM Theaters

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$43,500 - 86,900 USD
