　　Job Summary

　　Performs duties concerning direct and indirect patient care as assigned.

　　Coordinates non-clinical activities of the patient care unit, transcribes physician orders, performs receptionist/secretarial duties and maintains the medical record of all patients on the assigned unit.

　　Education and/or Experience

　　High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

　　Basic Life Support certification is mandatory within six months of employment.

　　Medical terminology, computer skills and clerical experience preferred.

　　Work Schedule

　　Day/evening shift with weekend/holiday rotation; 72hrs/2wks

　　Pay

　　The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

　　$17.50 - $23.00 per hour
