Under the supervision of the Warehouse General Foreperson, this position will be responsible and accountable for processing material received and shipped, data entry, weekly cycle counts, and interaction with warehouse drivers, field personnel, and as well as other departments.

Pay: $30-$35 an hour

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Assist in processing shipping and receiving in the inventory management system.
Manager order processing through Peoplesoft (experience preferred) – Manage Capital MSR.
Oversee & process all capital material requests by Field Supervisors.
Work with dispatch to ensure timely shipments to the field.
Work with buyers, vendors, and warehouse personnel to clear up PO discrepancies and match exceptions.
Work through Lead Inventory Clerk and General Foreman as needed.
Assist with weekly cycle counting at warehouse.
Work with warehouse personnel and manager to clear up cycle count and inventory discrepancies.
Track the location and quantity of all non-stock materials located at the warehouses.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Strong troubleshooting skills
Able to obtain and maintain security access from customers and work unescorted on customer-related properties, substations, and ROW’s at all times.
Must be available during off-duty hours.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft applications.
Work within all applicable safety rules.
Work both independently and in group settings.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Must have the cognition to concentrate on the work for an 8 to 10-hour day.
Knowledge of shipping and receiving operation
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.Traveling Requirements:
Must be willing to travel to all regions within the company footprint to participate in training and job dutiesLicense & Certifications:
A valid Driver's License is Required.Pre-Screen

Due to the inherently dangerous nature of the industry and requirements to work with or around hazardous equipment, employees must have sufficient eyesight to judge distance/coordination of equipment and tools, be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods, be able to withstand exposure to all kinds of weather while completing work assignments, be able to wear personal protective equipment as necessary, be able to enter and exit a vehicle numerous times a day, have the endurance necessary to traverse various terrain, be capable of performing job duties throughout a standard 8- or 10-hour day, be able to communicate with others, read, write, and comprehend written/verbal job instructions and information, and communicate and handle conflict professionally.
